Referral Process

Clients can self refer to my private practice by calling  519-357-8615.  This is a private and confidential cell phone number that only I can access.  If I am not available to take your call, please feel free to leave a phone number where you can be reached and I will return your call.

Children over the age of 12 are legally entitled to request therapy on their own, but I prefer family involvement and support.

In situations of joint custody I will need to obtain signed consent from both parents before your child can participate in therapy sessions.

Please note that I do not provide court ordered assessment for the purposes of determining parental capacity or custody/access as this is beyond the scope of my  private practice.
